• This mount supports any 50-75-100mm VESA compatible screen and an Ingenico Lane reader.
• It includes a double countertop mounting plate with two risers and locking riser caps allows the arms with the screen and the Reader Pan and Tilt Heads to travel horizontally side to side above the mounting surface to allow a wide range of positioning options.
• Beyond having flexible articulation; this mount has the key feature of being easily LOCKED in any desired screen and reader position; this ability is VERY important when using touch screen and PIN pad equipment as it PREVENTS the screen and reader from moving away from the user each time a touch is input.
• Note- the right and left side positions of the Pan and Tilt Heads on the ends of the arms are interchangeable.

Overview

• These mounts are designed to be the highest quality and most durable support systems available and are compatible with Ingenico Readers Lane 3000, 5000 v.2, Lane 7000, 8000 and all future reader models equipped with the Lane clip mounting standard. 
• See the last pages of this document for a list of preconfigured assemblies that support the Ingenico Lane Readers in some of the more common mounting scenarios.

• No special tools are required to adjust the position of the reader on these mounts; easy to operate hand knobs are used to apply variable clutching resistance to the pan and tilt assembly to securely lock the position of the reader.
• The up and down tilt position of the reader is adjusted by tightening the 2 four-point knobs on the side of the Pan and tilt assembly. Tighten either of the two 10-32 Phillips head screws adjacent to the four-point knobs to permanently secure the tilt position.
•  The side-to-side pan position of the reader is adjusted by tightening the five- point knob below the end of the Arm. Tighten the 10-32 Phillips head screw on the lower Panning plate into one of the holes in the end of the arm to permanently secure the pan position.
• Note that the pan and tilt head assembly can also be used to support any screen that has the 50, 75 or 100mm VESA mounting standard with the Ingenico Lane clip removed.
• These assemblies are made almost entirely of steel with a durable, micro wrinkle, semi-gloss black, powder coat finish.

Standard VESA 75-100mm Pan and Tilt Head on an Adjustable Arm

• A universal mount that works with any 75mm or 100mm VESA compatible screen.
• Tightening the 2 four-point knobs applies variable clutching resistance to allow adjustment of the up and down tilt position of the screen. Tighten either of the two 10-32 Phillips head screws adjacent to the four-point knobs to permanently secure the tilt position.
• Tightening the five- point knob below the end of the Arm applies variable clutching resistance to allow adjustment of the side-to-side pan position of the screen.
• Tighten the 10-32 Phillips head screw on the lower Panning plate into one of the holes in the end of the arm to permanently secure the pan position.
• Includes 4 pieces of M4 Phillips head screws to attach the VESA mounting plate to the back of the screen.

Ingenico Lane Pan and Tilt Head on an Adjustable Arm

Riser, Riser Cap and Arm Assembly

• The Riser Cap allows an arm to rotate around the top of a Riser assembly.
• Loosening the three - point knob on the side of the Riser Cap allows adjustment of the side-to-side pan position of the arm around the riser assembly. Tightening the knob locks the position of the arm.
• The Riser cap incorporates a cable tie point to secure the cables so that they will travel safely as the arm is rotated.
• The Riser Cap interacts with the Riser Cap Stop on the side of the Riser to prevent the arm from making a full rotation around the riser. Refer to the Riser and mounting plate section for instructions on setting the position of the Riser Cap Stop.

Double Countertop Mounting Plate with 2 Risers, Riser Caps and Arms

• The Riser sections elevate the arms above the mounting surface and permits the screen and reader pan and tilt heads to travel horizontally allowing a wide range of positioning options.
• Before attaching the mounting plate to the mounting surface with appropriate fasteners; evaluate the side-to-side range of motion of the arms that are attached to the Riser Caps.
• The Riser Cap Stop prevents the Riser cap and arm from rotating a full 360 degrees around the Riser. It may be advantageous to relocate the stop position to optimize the side-to-side range of motion of the arms for your application.
• To reset the position of the Riser Cap Stops; Turn the mount so that you can access the bottom of the mounting plate, slightly loosen the 5/16-18 bolts with a ½” wrench, slightly loosen the 10-32 Phillips head riser lock screws on the underside of the mounting plate; carefully rotate the risers to locate the stops at the new desired positions; then retighten the bolts and screws.
• The Riser Caps incorporate cable tie points to secure the cables so that they will travel safely as the arms are rotated.
• Note- the right and left side positions of the Pan and Tilt Heads on the ends of the arms are interchangeable.
