• Includes a riser, a locking riser cap, and a adjustable arm assembly that allows the Reader pan and tilt head to be positioned side to side from the mounting point and pass over the shelf above the clamp attachment.
• Beyond having flexible articulation; this mount has the key feature of being easily LOCKED in any desired reader position; this ability is VERY important when using a PIN pad as it PREVENTS the Reader from moving away from the user each time a touch is input.

Pole Quick Clamp Features

• The quick clamp mechanism attaches easily to any round or square tube up to 2” in diameter or cross section without extra hardware and no tools. Tightening or loosening the quick clamp mechanism is done by simply rotating a lever arm.

Overview

• These mounts are designed to be the highest quality and most durable support systems available and are compatible with Ingenico Readers Lane 3000, 5000 v.2, Lane 7000, 8000 and all future reader models equipped with the Lane clip mounting standard. 
• See the last pages of this document for a list of preconfigured assemblies that support the Ingenico Lane Readers in some of the more common mounting scenarios.
• If you need more mounting options, know that all of the VESA compatible mounting systems included on our website can be modified to support the Ingenico Lane Readers.

• No special tools are required to adjust the position of the reader on these mounts; easy to operate hand knobs are used to apply variable clutching resistance to the pan and tilt assembly to securely lock the position of the reader.
• The up and down tilt position of the reader is adjusted by tightening the 2 four-point knobs on the side of the Pan and tilt assembly. Tighten either of the two 10-32 Phillips head screws adjacent to the four-point knobs to permanently secure the tilt position.
•  The side-to-side pan position of the reader is adjusted by tightening the five- point knob below the end of the Arm. Tighten the 10-32 Phillips head screw on the lower Panning plate into one of the holes in the end of the arm to permanently secure the pan position.
• Note that the pan and tilt head assembly can also be used to support any screen that has the 50, 75 or 100mm VESA mounting standard with the Ingenico Lane clip removed.
• These assemblies are made almost entirely of steel with a durable, micro wrinkle, semi-gloss black, powder coat finish.

Ingenico Lane Pan and Tilt Head on an Adjustable Arm

• A universal mount that works Ingenico Lane 3000, 5000 v.2, Lane 7000, 8000 and future readers equipped with the Ingenico Lane clip mounting standard.
• Tightening the 2 four-point knobs applies variable clutching resistance to allow adjustment of the up and down tilt position of the reader. Tighten either of the two 10-32 Phillips head screws adjacent to the four-point knobs to permanently secure the tilt position.
• Tightening the five- point knob below the end of the Arm applies variable clutching resistance to allow adjustment of the side-to-side pan position of the reader.
• Tighten the 10-32 Phillips head screw on the lower Panning plate into one of the holes in the end of the arm to permanently secure the pan position.

Riser & Riser Cap and Arm Features

• The 3” riser elevates the 8” arm above the mounting surface and permits the screen pan and tilt head, or printer tray, to travel horizontally allowing a wide range of positioning options.
• The 8” arm supporting the reader pan and tilt head can be easily rotated side to side and locked in any position at the riser with a three point hand knob.
• Integral stop features on the riser and arm can be located at any position to prevent cable damage when the arm supporting the screen or the printer is rotated around the riser.
• The screen pan and tilt heads, and the printer trays, include integral stop details that limit a full rotation to the right or left to prevent cable damage.
• The riser cap incorporates a cable tie point to secure the cables so that they will travel safely as the arm is rotated.
