• This assembly includes a wall mounting plate with a with a Standoff bracket that allows the arm and Reader Pan and Tilt Head to travel horizontally side to side from the wall surface allowing a wide range of positioning options.

Overview

• These mounts are designed to be the highest quality and most durable support systems available and are compatible with Ingenico Readers Lane 3000, 5000 v.2, Lane 7000, 8000 and all future reader models equipped with the Lane clip mounting standard. 
• See the last pages of this document for a list of preconfigured assemblies that support the Ingenico Lane Readers in some of the more common mounting scenarios.

• No special tools are required to adjust the position of the reader on these mounts; easy to operate hand knobs are used to apply variable clutching resistance to the pan and tilt assembly to securely lock the position of the reader.
• The up and down tilt position of the reader is adjusted by tightening the 2 four-point knobs on the side of the Pan and tilt assembly. Tighten either of the two 10-32 Phillips head screws adjacent to the four-point knobs to permanently secure the tilt position.
•  The side-to-side pan position of the reader is adjusted by tightening the five- point knob below the end of the Arm. Tighten the 10-32 Phillips head screw on the lower Panning plate into one of the holes in the end of the arm to permanently secure the pan position.
• Note that the pan and tilt head assembly can also be used to support any screen that has the 50, 75 or 100mm VESA mounting standard with the Ingenico Lane clip removed.
• These assemblies are made almost entirely of steel with a durable, micro wrinkle, semi-gloss black, powder coat finish.

Ingenico Lane Pan and Tilt Head on an Adjustable Arm

• A universal mount that works Ingenico Lane 3000, 5000 v.2, Lane 7000, 8000 and future readers equipped with the Ingenico Lane clip mounting standard.
• Tightening the 2 four-point knobs applies variable clutching resistance to allow adjustment of the up and down tilt position of the reader. Tighten either of the two 10-32 Phillips head screws adjacent to the four-point knobs to permanently secure the tilt position.
• Tightening the five- point knob below the end of the Arm applies variable clutching resistance to allow adjustment of the side-to-side pan position of the reader.
• Tighten the 10-32 Phillips head screw on the lower Panning plate into one of the holes in the end of the arm to permanently secure the pan position.

Single Wall Mounting Plate with Standoff Bracket and Arm

• The Standoff bracket attaches the arm to the mounting plate and allows it to travel horizontally allowing a wide range side to side positioning options.
• Attach the mounting plate to the Wall or other flat vertical surface with appropriate fasteners.
• Note that the Standoff bracket and arm can be attached to the mounting plate with the mounting plate in either vertical or horizontal orientation.
• Tightening the five- point knob on the top of the Standoff Bracket applies variable clutching resistance to allow adjustment of the side-to-side pan position of the Arm.
• To permanently lock the side-to-side pan position of the Arm; slightly loosen the 10-32 Phillips head screw on the top of the Standoff bracket, move the arm to the new desired permanent position, tighten the screw into one of the holes in the end of the arm to secure the new position.
• The Single mounting plate includes slots so that it can be attached to poles with compatible hose clamps.
